The Spanish tapas and wine specialists have launched a brand-new feast to enjoy at home...
Jane Dowler, Director at Evuna Restaurant & Bars tells me that, as a team, they’ve been thinking long and hard about the best way to create a ‘HEAT AT HOME’ experience – re-creating their wildly popular food and drink offering for people stuck indoors during lockdown.
“It took us a while to come up with the right formula… but after speaking to our chefs, they came up with a new Spanish Feast concept within 48 hours, and the reviews have been fantastic!”
Taking a slightly different approach to many of the DIY kits that are around at the moment, there’s very little preparation needed for the Evuna Spanish Feast – simply order the freshly prepared dishes and once they arrive – you’ll just need to re-heat in your kitchen.
The price starts at just £25 per person, or £60 for two with a bottle of your favourite Evuna Wine.
For that you’ll get a selection of Manchego cheese, Jamon, olives and fresh bread to start and a choice of 3 Tapas including; Spanish Tortilla, Empanadas, Salt Cod Fritters, Slow Cooked Beef Stew, Lamb Shoulder and Chorizo in Red Wine.
Finally you get your choice of traditional Paella including; Veggie, Chicken or Chicken & Chorizo.
For an extra £3.50 you can finish the whole thing off with a Rich Spanish Chocolate Cake or a Tarta de Santiago; a classic almond cake.
As experts in Spanish wines, Evuna also give you the chance to add a bottle of red, white or rose to your order for an extra £10.
The feast was introduced in Knutsford last week, and those reviews that Jane was talking about? Well, here’s one from Nicola from the Cheshire village…
“Our first order from Evuna Knutsford. Plenty of food, reheats easily and simple instructions to follow. Add a bottle of La Planta and leave a little room for dessert. Favourite dish, definitely the Lamb and potatoes. Thanks, it’s a hit in our house!”
