Nestled down on Salford Quays for 21 years is Lime Bar, which after all this time is still independent, family owned and a great place to sit down, tuck into some food and sink some pints.

We recently went down to Lime to check out their brand-new food menus, of which there are three very distinct ones available – the classic Lime menu full of pub classics, Bad Boy Vegan junk food and pan-Asian hot food and freshly rolled sushi from Unagi.

Unagi will be serving up their notoriously massive Sushi Platters, and they’ve even got something new on offer – Teriyaki Tacos – a cracking blend of Japanese and Mexican with crispy parcels packed with a choice of Teriyaki chicken or beef, spring onions, chilli and sesame.

As you’d expect, Lime will be showing the EUROs this Summer, kicking things off on Friday 11th June with Turkey v Italy at 8pm. Wales play Switzerland on Saturday 12th, while England kick off their campaign against Croatia on Sunday 13th June.

Teriyaki Tacos!

Lime will be showing all the matches throughout the tournament, and they’re expecting to be pretty busy – especially on home countries match days. Best thing to do – get booked in!
