1.Competition Terms and Conditions
1.1 Competition entries valid from 3rd August 2022 and will close on 31st August 2022
1.2 Firefly Holdings reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond our control.
1.3 The Competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
2. Booking Terms and Conditions
2.1 Valid on bookings between 11.30am – 21.30pm Wednesdays and between 11.30am – 5pm on Thursday & Fridays.
2.2 Discount is on food only.
2.3 Certain food items excluded from the discount.
2.4 Available for parties of up to 6.
2.5 Must be booked online using valid code in the booking comments.
2.6 Bookings made but not attended or cancelled will not be entered.
3. Entrant restrictions
3.1 Open to UK residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is given.
4. Entry
4.1 Entry is accepted only in the form of making a booking using a valid email address through our website only.
4.2 Firefly Holdings are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the Competition.
5. Competition Details
5.1 All qualifying entrants who dine at Firefly between 3rd – 31st August 2021 will be placed in a prize draw.
5.2 The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.
5.3 Winners will be notified within 2 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, will no longer be valid.
5.4 The prize is a 3 consecutive night stay for up to two people (winner and one adult guest) at Innside by Melia Ibiza Hotel in either September 2022 or 1st April – 30th May 2023.
5.5 Two return flight tickets are included, from Manchester airport to Ibiza, with a value of up to £400. Airport transfers are not included.
5.5 A meal for 2 at Asal restaurant is included and will be booked based on their availability during the dates of the booked holiday.
5.6 Complimentary concierge package provided by Ibiza Key Concierge.
6. Prize Restrictions and Details
6.1 There is no cash alternative to the prize.
6.2 The prize is subject to availability and travel must be taken either in September 2022 OR April – March 2023 only.
6.3 The gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be extended past the validity date.
7. Additional terms
7.1 The winner and guest must comply fully with all applicable laws and with any hotel or governmental health and safety measures then in effect, including with respect to the coronavirus. Winner will be required to provide a valid identification and credit card (for incidental and other personal charges) at the time of check-in.
7.2 Any violation of hotel’s policies, any lack or payment for hotel incidentals, or any reasonable suspicion of engagement in any illegal behaviour, in the hotel’s sole discretion, may result in the winner’s hotel reservation being cancelled and/or forfeiture of the prize.
7.3 Firefly Holdings will not have any liability to the winner or guest if the winner and/or guest are unable to receive the full benefit of the prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, the hotel or any other venue as a result of a failure to abide by the hotel or other venue’s terms, these terms and conditions or any applicable law, or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.
7.4 To the fullest extent permissible by law, Firefly Holdings will not be liable for: (i) any loss or damage caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of Firefly (ii) any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winner taking up and using any third-party product or service forming part of the Prize.
