A-Kin Club are bringing their fire-led cooking to the courts (literally, it’s on the basketball court) for a one-off summer supper club, with seven sharing-style courses from Ghasim and Sean, who’ve been popping up across Manchester with dinners at Selfridges and supper clubs linked to the MOBO Awards. Expect whipped goat’s cheese with preserved orange maple, merguez and mussels on toast, fried corn ribs with smoked plantain and scotch bonnet mayo, brined chicken with crispy Jersey Royals, jerk monkfish with coconut beurre blanc, and an Aperol Spritz pie to finish, all soundtracked by live DJs with plenty of Aperol Spritz flowing.
