Dough Religion and Two Cents Pizza are coming together for one night only, serving up unlimited slices inspired by three of the East Coast’s greatest pizza styles at House of Social.
Nic from Two Cents Pizza, one of the UK’s most respected pizza chefs and a multi-award-winning name in the scene, will be joining the Dough Religion team to co-host the evening, guiding guests through New Haven, New York and Detroit-style pizza in one very carb-heavy sitting.
Expect OG Tomato Pie, New York vodka slices with sausage or without, and Detroit-style squares topped with pepperoni, mascarpone and hot honey, or wild mushroom, mascarpone and truffle honey. There’ll also be New York cheesecake to finish, because subtlety is not the point here.
Each slice has been built around premium ingredients and collaborators including Petra Flour, Properoni and Casa Marrazzo, with live slicing, chef interaction and introductions to each style throughout the night.
They’re also launching their own East Coast Pale with Weekend Project for the occasion. Every ticket includes unlimited slices, a free can on arrival and access to a pop-up bar pouring a mini East Coast-style beer takeover.
Come hungry, basically.
