Manchester Art Fair, one of the UK’s largest and most significant art fairs, returns to Manchester Central from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 November 2024.
Selling modern and contemporary paintings, sculpture, photography, and prints from a diverse mix of galleries and independent artists, the event is a key date in the cultural calendar, attracting over 13000 visitors from across the country and beyond. This year’s exhibitors include Arkley Fine Art, Cheshire Art Gallery, Hatch Gallery, York Fine Arts and loads more.

Visitors can get involved in talks, workshops, demos and meet authors at the book signings taking place at the event. This year, world renowned rock n’ roll photographer Scarlet Page will appear at the art fair for an exclusive talk. Having grown up in the music industry alongside her father, Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, Scarlet has spent many years on the road documenting some of the world’s greatest music icons. In a Northern first, never-before-seen shots will be unveiled at the event alongside an exclusive talk.

Sitting alongside Manchester Art Fair is The Manchester Contemporary, a platform for young galleries, artist-led spaces, charitable organisations, and partner institutions providing a critically-engaged environment for artistic exploration and development.
On The Manchester Contemporary, art collector Frank Cohen said: “I am really impressed with how Manchester’s art scene has developed in recent years and The Manchester Contemporary has been integral to this. There is no shortage of potential art buyers in the region, and the fair is vital to inspire and develop a significant audience of collectors.”
