After a sold-out debut in June, Open Fire Dining Club returns this August for another fire-cooked feast in the hills, this time with Tartuffe teaming up with Another Hand for a one-night-only collaboration.
Hosted at Torr Vale Mill, a 200-year-old cotton mill on the edge of the Peak District, the setting is as much a part of the experience as the food – less than 30 minutes from Manchester, but it feels like a world away.

Together, they’ve created a six-course menu (plus snacks) that leans hard into fire, produce and peak-season flavour. Dishes include:
- Carlingford Oyster
- Courgette Roulade
- Hassleback Potato
- Stout Glazed BBQ Lamb Belly
- Grilled Cumbrian Half Chicken to Share
- Bilberry and Currant Bread ’n’ Butter Pudding
- Fig Leaf Custard, Wild Maribel Plums Grilled and Raw, Cob Nut and Corn Flake Crunch

The menu will be complimented by drinks including world-renowned Provencal rosé Whispering Angel as a welcome glass, G de Galoupet, from Château Galoupet during the six course dinner and Minuty Prestige from the Saint-Tropez peninsula to round off the evening.
