Get ready for an unforgettable night of music, dance, food and fundraising at Stretford Public Hall. Hosted by our very own Matty White, the Great Big Stretford Shindig will raise money for Hannah’s Fund, in support of Hannah Quigley McKie, a vibrant wife and mother whose life was turned upside down by a cancer diagnosis.

Top local DJs will spin a diverse mix of tunes for the night’s soundtrack. Expect sets from Nigel Lawson (OiPolloi), Mr Paul Wright (British Culture Archive), Hilton Thompson, Andy Hargreaves, Matt Raines, Rick Hyde and more, all playing indie, funk, soul, hip hop, disco, psych, boogie, and acid house. Food will be provided by the much-loved Tibetan Kitchen.
The heart of the evening is fundraising for Hannah. At just 39-years-old, Hannah’s world was turned upside down by a cancer diagnosis. The treatment she needs is not available through the NHS, so all proceeds from ticket sales and raffles will go towards funding her life-saving treatment. You can support Hannah’s Fund here.
