An otherworldly retreat day is heading to Knutsford from the team behind Manchester Yoga Central. Set in a temple in the Cheshire countryside with a historic backdrop covered in flowers and plants, the retreat will host a programme of yoga classes, meditation and breathwork, alongside dance sessions, live music and DJs.
There’ll also be vegetarian and vegan food from local traders, an array of cocktails and soft drinks to enjoy in-between sessions, and the chance to browse stalls offering a range of holistic services and products.
