Sale’s Michelin-listed The Perfect Match will host a five-course tasting menu, along with wine pairings, on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 February. The intimate affair, with a maximum of 20 covers, will invite guests to learn about the menu from the chefs themselves, who will talk about each dish when it is presented to diners. Wine will also be carefully paired with each course. Guests are asked to arrive at 7pm ahead of the food and drinks being served to the room all at the same time.
