Manchester’s Sampaix Studio and artist Tomas Gittins have announced their exhibition and retail experience this Saturday 26th March to commemorate the collaboration between artist and designer.

In partnership with Civic Chain, the event will be taking place at Seesaw, and is sponsored by Kerb Wine, to showcase the upcoming collection with items ready to buy.

Sampaix is a distinctive brand which places sustainability, quality and durability at its epicentre. Formed in 2015, the Manchester brand has remained intentional throughout every step, with the majority of their garments being produced locally then finished in-house, they are able to fine-tune every detail maintaining a high standard whilst supporting the creatives around them.

Tomas Gittins is a multi media artist working all different mediums including animation to spray painting on garments, from his studio in Macclesfield. Tom portrays his feeling into an abstract street style as an outlet, relieving himself from life’s stresses. After only taking his artwork publicly less than a year ago, Tom has focused on showcasing his art through clothing collaborations, parties, and exhibitions. Never confining himself to one outlet, the free nature of his art is expressed under the name ‘OYU little demons’ in forms of clothing, toys and framed art work.

The pop up will take place between 12-6pm where you can view their artwork, buy from the unreleased collection and chat with the Sampaix team and Tomas himself about the journey that has led them to their collaboration.
