This Valentine’s Day, MeadowSide is encouraging pet lovers to celebrate the true love of their lives with a special campaign for Love Your Pet Day. Share a pawfect picture of your pet with the hashtag #MeadowSideLove and you could be in with the chance of winning an amazing pet hamper, to spoil your precious pet.
The winner will be chosen on February 20th, National Love Your Pet Day, and MeadowSide will be helping to care for those pet’s less fortunate than our own, by donating £100 to the PDSA, a charity who care for sick and injured animals.
MeadowSide will be continuing these celebrations with an event on February 22nd, National Walking the Dog Day, by inviting owner’s and pooches alike to Angel Meadow park, central Manchester’s largest green space. Capture your pup’s pawfect angles with an alfresco photoshoot in the park and commemorate National Walking the Dog Day with a photo that can be treasured fur-ever.
The free event will run from 9am to 12pm on February 22nd. Both owners and pups will be well catered for with free coffees from Swan Song Coffee and tasty, free dog biscuits for the pooches. Vegan Poochy Treats will also be onsite with a pop-up stall selling their specially prepared vegan dog treats. This is a chance to celebrate man’s best friend, meet fellow dog walkers and enjoy the surroundings of Angel Meadow Park.
To ensure no pooch or person misses out on this occasion, a second event will be held on 30th March in honour of National Take a Walk in the Park Day.
MeadowSide is a development of new homes overlooking Angel Meadow Park, the largest green space in central Manchester. Mount Yard is the first phase of the MeadowSide development, with prices starting from £197,950.
The 12-storey building is being delivered by Dex Construction and is set for completion later this year. It offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses and provides city centre living against a leafy backdrop including pet friendly apartments.
Landscaped external areas are perfect for walking your dog and will feature recycled concrete and timber, new walkways, masses of new planting, a lighting scheme and landform terraces for places to relax and enjoy views of the park.
