If you’ve entered 2023 with a never-ending list of wellbeing-focused New Year’s resolutions, GRUB’s annual two-day retreat, taking place this weekend, might be an excellent place to set the wheels in motion.
Across this Saturday and Sunday, GRUB will offer a full weekend of wellbeing activities all organised by local, independent Manchester businesses. From yoga to dream-catcher workshops, guests will get a chance to switch off after the unavoidable hustle and bustle of the Christmas period.
Throughout the two-day event, Aluna Coconut will also be taking over its bars, serving up a menu of rum-based drinks to enjoy alongside the activities and around the cosy campfires GRUB will be setting up in its garden.
As well as this, guests will also get a chance to shop local at the eco-friendly market, bringing together local makers and businesses specialising in wellness goodies, a low and non-alcoholic drinks menu and an amazing line-up of freshly cooked street food by GRUB’s traders.
