Supp-HER brings you an exciting evening of exquisite dining & delicious wines in collaboration with Michelin starred restaurant Mana.
This exclusive evening will take place canal-side, in Kampus’ elevated dining venue, The Bungalow.
Anna (Erst) and Kim (formally of Erst & The Creameries) founded supp-HER as an inclusive supper club, collaborating with some of hospitality’s most respected female talents.
The pair met while working as sous chef and sommelier at restaurant Erst in Ancoats. Their goal is to bring people together over food and wine while raising funds for various women’s charity organisations.
So far they have supported organisations in the likes of Trafford Rape Crisis and MASH. supp-HER offers a three course tasting menu with wine pairings.
Anna will be joined in the kitchen by chefs Rosie Maguire and Jay Kisacik to bring you an exclusive three course tasting menu. Kim will be joined on the floor by GM Jennifer Scott and assistant sommelier Molly Dixon, serving you their low intervention wine pairings, celebrating women in the wine industry.
All proceeds will be going toward Women for Women International, a UK based charity that helps women who are victims of war, rebuild their life in the UK. They will specifically be supporting their emergency fund for women entering the UK from Afghanistan.
