Taking the world on app dating and plonking it right into the real world – Thursday are set to host a huge singles night on Thursday 28th July at Northern Quarter hotspot Ducie Street Warehouse.
Thursday, which only works one day a week, aims to “bridge the gap between online dating and offline experiences” by hosting regular IRL meet-ups for its members. Aiming to eradicate the already exhausting modern-day dating game, Thursday is all about spontaneity, and speed!
The no-fuss dating app will welcome nearly 500 singletons to meet and mingle on the DSW sunny terrace. The dating event will be soundtracked by Sweet Vibrations Radio, kicking the evening off from 5pm with the very best in Neo-Soul, alternative RnB and Hip-Hop.
To celebrate the event, if you find love on the night, Ducie Street Warehouse are offering their venue for your wedding ABSOLUTELY FREE! So, if you manage to find ‘The One’ on Thursday you could save yourself some serious money on your wedding ceremony – with the use of DSW’s events space for up to 40 people.
Apart from the fear of a lifetime of crippling loneliness – there’s no other excuse not to pop down to the event on Thursday – and with 500 people turning up – your chances of finding someone who’ll put up with you are very high indeed.
