Procaffeinated is one of Salford’s newest brunch spots, set up by Daniel Haralambous and his partner, Ilaria Criscuolo.

The relaxed space on Salford’s Chapel Street serves a Mediterranean-style brunch menu, alongside coffee sourced from some of the best roasters around the world and an array of sweet treats.

This Sunday, the cafe will host a yoga session with Zen with Jen and an exclusive VEGAN BRUNCH featuring a lemon-infused smashed avocado on signature 4:1 sourdough, a mini açai bowl, a small fresh orange juice and a coffee of your choice.

Jenny, the brains behind Zen with Jen is a practising Vinyasa Yoga teacher who has lived in Manchester for 5 years. She first began using yoga as a way to stretch out her muscles after weight training – but, previously being a dancer, fell in love with the dance-like flow of the practice.

She dedicates her time to bringing the best yoga knowledge to each class, so that participants can learn, grow and move safely through the practice.

Jen’s approach echoes her values by intertwining mind, body and soul and delving into complex yet accessible sequences that, at their core, promote fun and enjoyment.

The session on Sunday will run from 8.15am until 9.15am followed by the vegan brunch that lasts until 9.45am. Tickets are £20 and this gets you access to the yoga and the brunch afterwards.

Dietary requirements can be catered for, but please do let the team at Procaffeinated know before the event. Also, bringing your own yoga mat is encouraged, but there will be spares available if needed.
