The third instalment of Craic by the Creek is coming to Manchester next summer for three days of music, food and luck of the Irish as it takes over the rolling hills of the region.
The unique festival is a celebration of Irish music that can only be described as a ‘huge, weekend-long St Patrick’s Day celebration’ with the added hot summer weather it deserves.
The three-day festival is a camping event, taking place at the eco-friendly Whitebottom farm in the countryside of Compstall. Guests can purchase tickets for standard camping or glamping in one of the site’s spacious bell tents.
The inaugural sell-out festival began in 2021 and was a huge party that featured an incredible atmosphere thanks to its line-up of up and coming Irish talent. There was also an array of traditional food, drink and, of course, enough Guinness to bathe in.
Next year, Craic by the Creek will bring some of the biggest names in traditional and contemporary Irish music to the Greater Manchester countryside.
With a wonderful variety of food, drink and camping facilities on site, guests will have everything at hand to experience a great festival of Irish and Country music.
Already announced for the 2023 line-up is; Nathan Carter, The Tumbling Paddies, Claudia Buckley, Ceol, Sean Magee, Mec Lir, Lampa plus many more yet to be confirmed.
The weekend is hosted by Manchester United’s own Alan Keegan.
