Expect acid house, tribal house, all things house really! Buy Tickets Manchester Live x Manchester Museum After Hours @ Manchester Museum Thursday 4th October Manchester Museum has teamed up with Manchester Live as part of the after-hours season to curate a huge free event with a massive line up of all women DJ’s. See the likes of Aalice (Meat Free), B L O O M and Kat Brownsugar. Buy Tickets Zutekh present DJ Boring @ Soup Kitchen Friday 5th October If the Zutekh lot like them, you know you’re in for a treat. Techno and house all night long in our favourite sweaty underground club with Australian born DJ Boring. Buy Tickets Jeff Mills @ Hidden Friday 5th October I’ve had tickets for this since July and like an absolute chump I can’t go anymore and I’ve never been more gutted. So don’t be a tit like me and get down to techno purveyor Jeff Mill’s night at Hidden. He’s only playing in the Blue Room so it’ll be like your own personal gig.The event is sold out, but keep an eye on the Facebook page for people selling. Find Tickets Prince x Late Nite Tuff Guy @ Gorilla Friday 5th October There’s nothing I like quite as much as Prince remixes and re-edits and this night is dedicated to that. Plus Late Nite Tuff Guy doing his usual disco, it’s gearing up to be a top night. Selling out fast so don’t miss out. Buy Tickets Wah – Chris Lorenzo (all night long) @ Club Academy Saturday 6th October On his first ever UK wide Me and You tour, Chris is playing house music all night (say what!) Buy Tickets WHP18 – Four Tet and friends all day long @ Store Street Saturday 6th October I solemnly swear not to litter this article solely with Warehouse Project line ups but also they’re all pretty amazing and Four Tet certainly is too. Buy Tickets Bondax presents Recur @ Gorilla Saturday 13th October Bondax back in the day could put on a party better than the next guy. They’ve been quite quiet of late but are storming through the UK making me and mates reminiscent of uni. Buy Tickets Moon Boots at Heverlee Festival – Mayfield Depot Saturday 13th October Another little blast from the uni days and this is a free event too, plus Belgian beer and at the much anticipated Mayfield Depot. WHP18 – Patrick Topping takeover @ Store Street Friday 19th October Ok I lied about the Warehouse Project mentions, but this is one has to be on this list. It’s sold out as hell but also GREEN VELVET, so where there’s a will there’s a way. Buy Tickets Move D @ Hidden Friday 26th October Move D seems to gravitate towards Hidden every time he comes to Manchester. Who can blame him really, but you can be blamed if you don’t go to this because his sets are always unreal.
