Fields to Fork Festival announces Michelin star-studded line up coming to Stockport in May 2026

The food and music festival returns to Whitebottom Farm for its second year

Fields to Fork Festival returns to Whitebottom Farm, Manchester, on 2-3 May 2026 with a weekend packed with food, music, countryside culture and plenty of stars from the culinary world.

Already announced for 2026’s festival are Michelin starred chefs like Josh Angus from Hide Restaurant and Kirk Haworth from Plates Restaurant, both in London. Sally Abé of The Pem and The Bull will be in attendance, alongside Jean Delport of the Interlude in Sussex (which holds a Michelin and a Green star).

Andy Beynon of Behind Restaurant, Corrin Harrison of Gwen Restaurant in Wales and Jacqui Mock, Cooking Over Fire, complete the list of chefs announced so far.

Attendees can expect to sample fire-cooked dishes, watch chef Q&As, and the UK’s biggest Hawkstone bar. And it all happens in the picturesque surroundings of Whitebottom Farm, in Stockport.

A new addition for 2026 is the Taste of the North Stage, which puts the spotlight on the world class food scene in the north of England. The brand-new pop-up restaurant concept will see handpicked restaurants host exclusive restaurant quality dining experiences for festivalgoers to try.

On the music side, the energy continues with performances from Ellie Sax, Stevie O’Connor, Jake O’Neill, A Few Good Men, and DJ Tristan Walsh & Grainne White all presented on the custom LandRaver. 

And to top it all off it’s entirely dog friendly.

Festival Director Alexander Mclaren says: “Fields to Fork has always been about more than just food. It’s about connection – to the land, to the people who grow and cook our food, and to the stories behind every dish. 2026 is all about raising the bar while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, welcoming and inclusive.”
