The iconic, multi-platinum selling band, Incubus are returning to the UK for the first time in three years. They'll be playing songs from the new album 'Walk The Earth' alongside all of the big fist-pumping hits you'd expect. Buy Tickets   Murs | Sat 15th | Band On The Wall One of the most successful independent rappers of all time, Murs is considered by many to be the 'rapper's rapper' - and someone who will be setting Band on the Wall alight with his performance. With an extensive collaborative back catalogue of albums to work from, this should be a good one. Buy Tickets   Moses Sumney | Wed 19th | Dancehouse Theatre On the heels of making his Coachella debut and being profiled by the Los Angeles Times, Moses Sumney will be heading to the Dancehouse this September. After a summer of festival appearances, this LA singer-songwriter will have honed his craft to perfection for the intimate crowd at this Oxford Road institution. Buy Tickets   Tory Lanez | Thu 20th | Victoria Warehouse Grammy-nominated artist Tory Lanez has announced a string of UK tour dates in September, kicking off with Manchester's Victoria Warehouse on the 20th. The Canadian rapper will be bringing his #MemoriesDontDieTour to the city and it should be a top one. Buy Tickets   A Live Rendition of The Notorious B.I.G. | Fri 21st | O2 Ritz An Orchestral Rendition Of Ready To Die comes to the O2 Ritz with The Notorious B.I.G's seminal album getting the classical treatment. The 16-piece orchestra are heading out tour so you can experience Biggie's work of genius in a way you never have before. Buy Tickets   Biffy Clyro | Sat 22nd | Opera House Biffy Clyro are on their first ever acoustic album and tour. The band will be coming to Manchester Opera House for a single show on 22nd of this month. Although ‘Mon The Biff’ are best known for their electrifying shows, the band will be playing a stripped back version of their well known tracks with a full length acoustic set in a beautiful venue, it's going to be special therefore its a sell out, there is always Twickets for face value resale tickets.   Rex Orange County | Wed 26th | Albert Hall Rex Orange County (AKA Alex O Connor) has been on our radar for the last 12 months, when he last played the Deaf Institute. Since the release of his album this year the talented 19 year old’s fanbase has now grown and he is back in Manchester playing a considerably larger venue, The Albert Hall. Coming in second in the BBC Sound of 2018 Awards and a fully sold out UK tour the lad is doing alright. Catch him now before he moves up to arenas. The band are signed to ex-Maccabees member Felix White’s own label, YALA Records. Hugo White (also ex-Maccabees) was also involved in the production of the album, that was years in the making. They are an exciting new upbeat indie band, get yourself a ticket to their gig at the Albert Hall and check them out. Tickets are only £14.50 Buy Tickets   Peter Hook & The Light | Sat 29th | Albert Hall Peter “Hooky” Hook was the bassist for the English post-punk band Joy Division and New Order. Perhaps one of the most important artists for British post-punk, now touring with his own band The Light. Having toured the albums from Hooky's previous bands for almost eight years now, Peter Hook & The Light have now arrived at the next chapter in their journey as they reach the late Eighties and early Nineties albums of New Order, "Technique" and "Republic" which they will perform at Manchester's Albert Hall this month, PLUS there’ll be an opening set of Joy Division material! This show is going to be massive and it is of course sold out, so keep an eye out for resale.
