Hailing from the city of Shreveport in Louisiana, Dylan LeBlanc began performing at the age of fifteen after spending years watching his dad perform at various clubs and bars across the city.

By 19 he’d left behind his band ‘Abraham’ and gone solo – signing for Rough Trade Records and releasing his first album ‘Pauper’s Field‘.

Since then he’s released 3 more albums, most recently this year with Renegade – a 37-minute album that allowed Dylan to dig into some serious issues – namely his religious upbringing, getting arrested and his battles with alcohol and sobriety.

Thursday 5th September sees Dylan head on down to the fantastic Wilderness in the NQ as part of their ‘Hang Out with…’ series – a chance for fans to see him perform live in the most intimate setting imaginable as well as get to have a chat and maybe a cuddle with the lad (if you ask nicely).

Here’s a playlist to get you in the mood…
