Founded by K himself, the idea here is simple: take traditional Chinese hotpot and elevate it. Diners start by choosing one or two broth bases, ranging from rich, golden fish stock to tongue-tingling spicy soups at varying heat levels. From there, it’s all about the ingredients – and this is where K Cuisine really sets itself apart.

Expect extravagant platters featuring Wagyu beef, Australian lobster, Iberian pork and Scottish oysters, often arriving with clouds of dry ice and plenty of drama. It’s hotpot as performance, but the quality backs it up. There’s also a generous DIY dipping station with more than a dozen fresh ingredients, letting you tailor sauces exactly to your taste.
