Located below the restaurant on Tib Street, The Daisy will launch privately to founding members in early December. Taking carefully considered inspiration from the bar culture of Paris, The Daisy will be a relaxed and comfortable space with a nod to the industrial aspect of the building, yet warm with welcoming characteristics designed for creating a neighbourhood ‘hang-out.
Taking particular inspiration from the Paris district of Pigalle – which can easily be compared to the Northern Quarter as the creative and vibrant heart of the city, and an area occupied by artists and young creators.
Sax Arshad, MD of the Zanna Group said of the design and ethos of The Daisy: “We wanted to create a timeless and intimate setting with touches of theatre that fit the location and community that resides, works and creates within it.
“Detailed touches flow throughout the space with every interaction considered, enhancing the hospitality experience and delivering a unique meeting place in the city.”
Access to the venue will be via Evelyn’s, and The Daisy will provide a discreet co-working and event space, with complimentary hot drinks during the day. Members will be able to sign-in up to three people at a time, and music will be integrated throughout the space.
To become a member of this new and exciting concept heading to Manchester’s Northern Quarter, applicants are asked to ‘follow’ the official private Instagram profile of The Daisy – @Thedaisynq – once the request has been accepted by the committee, a yearly membership fee of £100 applies.
