Christian Coates, founder of the FoodWell, said:

“Mind, body and soul is all about how we nurture and take care of ourselves day to day, being mindful and making conscious decisions about the food we eat and the drinks we drink without depriving ourselves.

“We aren’t here to preach, we are here to help and inform. Our main aim was to have a concept that disrupts the market – something people didn’t realise that they needed but once they’ve experienced it, they can’t live without it.”

FoodWell has developed their own APP, enabling the user to easily book a table, a wellness session or yoga class and click and collect from the Deli whilst collecting loyalty points that they can redeem on-site as well as being able to benefit from FoodWell’s partnerships with high-end service providers.
