I’m not speaking from experience here, but I can imagine that getting your hair cut as a bloke isn’t a particularly exciting experience.

However, an in and out job that costs a fiver and doesn’t require an appointment that you have to book 4 years in advance sounds quite appealing.

RPB in Northern Quarter is known for its relaxed and trendy approach to barbering, and now, for this week only, you can grab yourself a whole new outfit to compliment your brand-new do, too!

This sounds pretty perfect if your hairdresser or barber has gone a bit too close to the bone with their clippers, or you’ve found out that, actually, you really don’t suit the jet black colour you’ve decided to lather your previously blonde locks with, as an outfit can change EVERYTHING.

Percival has popped up in RPB for this week only (until Saturday 19th March) and specialises in your classic wardrobe staples, but blends them with something a little different to keep your wardrobe feeling fresh.

They’re a small team that do small runs of collections out of their studio in London, aiming to keep their drops varied and exciting.

Flannel Workshirt (£219)

Tapestry Cuban Linen Shirt (£149)

The stock that they currently have on offer at RPB varies from shirts, outerwear – including printed shackets and waterproof coats – cord trousers and linen shirts, perfect to chuck on just in time for April’s mini heatwave! (They’ve also got socks with bottles of Sriracha on, which are the most Northern Quarter feet warmers I’ve ever seen).

They’ve currently set-up camp in RPB’s basement, so if you’re struggling to read this because you can’t see through your Claudia Winkleman fringe, this is a reminder to get yourself booked in for your annual trim at RPB ASAP.

Tote Bag (£22)

You won’t regret it because you’ll not only leave with luscious locks, you’ll also have some brand-new clobber to cover in booze at the weekend!

RPB is open 9:30am – 7:00pm today, 9:30am – 7:30pm Thursday, 9:30am – 6:30pm Friday and 8:30am – 4:30pm Saturday, and this is when you can catch Percival, too!
