Trove
Available only on Tuesday 25th
As with anything that comes from Trove, it is effortlessly beautiful and that definitely includes their pancakes. The special, on offer at both the Ancoats and Levy sites, is a caramelised whey pancake served with blood orange, honeycomb and thyme. They’ve aptly called the day, Trove Tuesday, and I’ll be honest with you even if these pancakes weren’t good (which they obv are), they’d get an inclusion just for that fantastic name.

Big old American pancakes are available at Moose all the time so it’s only right you take a visit on the day dedicated to them. Personally, I would go for the Moose Banana and Pecan Pancake Stack with bananas, chocolate hazelnut spread, maple pecans, Canadian maple syrup AND butter. But there’s plenty of others to choose from and who am I to tell you what to order?
