Last year, Zouk celebrated National Chilli Day with another spicy curry, but this year, they're gonna blow your socks off. Using the WORLD'S HOTTEST CHILLI, the Carolina Reaper to create the Killer Carolina Reaper Karahi.   The dish is NOT for the faint-hearted with the Carolina Reaper chilli coming in at a massive 2.2million (yes - MILLION) on the Scoville scale.  To put that into perspective for you, a jalapeno is a mere 8,000 on the scale. A teeny tiny burn in comparison to the 2 million x flames that a Carolina Reaper will do to you. If you think you've got what it takes to handle the heat, Zouk are serving up this curry from 12 - 7pm on Thursday 27th February and if you manage to finish it you can get a pat on the back.
