Matt Nutter has developed a beautiful 10-course plant-based banquet which is available on Friday 29th March for one night only.
Recently opened FoodWell have leapt onto the restaurant scene at their new home of One New Bailey in Salford, promising to bring balance to City living.
Open seven days a week, FoodWell has a rotating all day dining menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the addition of brunch and Sunday roast at the weekends focusing on food that fuels the mind, body and soul.
As prominent as their main menu is the ‘Plannt’ menu, their extensive Vegan menu headed up by highly decorated Matt Nutter formerly of Allotment restaurant in Stockport.
Matt has brought his artistry and flair to FoodWell and taken their plant-based offering to the next level; his Celeriac Steak and Cauliflower Hot Wings have proved particularly popular items from their Plannt menu. Whether you have a plant-based diet or not, Matt’s food is nothing short of spectacular.
As a celebration of the restaurant opening and launching their Plannt brand, FoodWell is hosting an ‘Evening of Plannt’ a 10-course tasting menu showcasing everything that is fantastic about Matt Nutter’s cooking and their approach to vegan dining.
On Friday 29th March, FoodWell will be turning completely vegan for one night only and putting all efforts into this outstanding menu.
For £65 a head you can enjoy dishes such as Baked Apple and Cardamom Infused Panacotta, Chilli Pistachio and Sesame Tuile; Chipotle Jerky, Cashew Camembert, Cashew Roquefort, Almond Feta, Chutney and Breads and `Baked Banana Cream Tart, Rotisserie Miso Pineapple and Rum Jelly.
In addition to this, you will also have the option of adding a vegan wine flight to accompany the menu for just £25. FoodWell’s entire cocktail menu is vegan too, all of which will be available to enjoy on the night.
For each meal bought, FoodWell have pledged to plant a tree in Tanzania through carbon-free dining as part of an environmental initiative with the Green Earth Appeal.
