Tucked away on Turner Street, it’s easy to miss La Boca, but do so at your own peril as you’ll be forsaking some of the city’s best tapas, pinxtos and charcuterie (not forgetting some fantastic beers and wines too!)
It’s a small family-run cafe and bar, serving up an extensive menu of Spanish delights including some phenomenal hand-carved Jamon, Chorizo, Spanish cheeses and a range of ever-changing daily pinxtos.
La Boca harks back to one of the no-fuss tapas bars you find on every Spanish street-corner and as such it’s the perfect place to while away the hours drinking some wine or a few gins alongside some lovely morsels of cured meats and cheese.
Every week they host ‘Wine Wednesday‘ a chance for you to get fully involved in the Spanish way of live and enjoy FREE Pinxtos with each glass of wine you have.
Ranging from Manchego cheese and Jamon, Anchovies in garlic and olive oil, sardines and Morcilla, red peppers and Spanish goats cheese – all served on toasted slices of bread to make it all easier for you.
