This lot have pretty much achieved legendary status in the city and it’s nigh on impossible to go into a boozer and not see something of theirs either on tap or in the fridge. The Drinks Drop
A cocktail delivery service featuring creations from all of your favourite Manchester bars and restaurants. There’s a Watermelon Margarita from Crazy Pedro’s, Mint & Yuzu Daiquiri from Cottonopolis, plus creations from Hawksmoor, Albert’s Schloss, CBRB, Jane Eyre and more.
What to order: Be sure to get the Plum Negroni from Hawksmoor.
Manchester Union Lager
The city’s very own (and very distinct) lager is now available in little 330ml cans, which also means that it’s easily transportable to your house. The selection is pretty simple, they’ve only got one beer at the moment – but it’s fantastic. I’ve heard news of a few new additions to the line up but you’ll have to wait for them.
What to order: The classic Manchester Union Lager (4.8% ABV 330ml)
Track Brewing Co.
Available to the whole of Manchester and surrounding areas, you can now get one of the best beers in existence delivered directly to your mouth at home. Track Brewing’s Lemon Sour is RIGHT down my street – and it should (literally) be down yours too! Hit up their web shop and get it delivered ASAP – you won’t be disappointed.

Eat Well MCR Marketplace
Eat Well MCR provides chef-made meals to vulnerable people across Greater Manchester, offering care and support in the community through delicious food. As a result, they also launched an online marketplace where you can buy locally made produce and meal kits from your favourite chefs and restaurants. This, of course, also includes booze – including an impressive selection of beers, ciders and wines – all of which can be purchased and included in a delivery to your front door.
What to order: A couple of bottles of wine to go with your food.
Cocktails from Hawksmoor at Home
Always a class act, the Hawksmoor team have put together a couple of cocktail kits featuring 8 of their creations and each one is absolutely bloody mega. It’ll all arrive in a big sexy box, with either 4 glass bottles or 4 cans – each one a cocktail from their eclectic menu. Favourite of mine was the Sour Cherry Negroni but there’s something in there for everyone.
What to order: If you’re going to order just one – try the Brown Butter Old Fashioned.
Beers, Cocktails & Wines @ Escape to Freight Island
There’s cocktails, wines and beers from Camden Town available for delivery or click-and-collect over at Escape to Freight Island. It’s all done via Deliveroo – so if you fancy a bit of scran while you’re at it – there’s plenty of choice from their street food options. 24 lagers and a 22 inch pizza? The perfect Tuesday morning session.

Spanish Wines @ La Bandera
The best Spanish wine list in the city is now available via delivery or collection – meaning you don’t just have to stick with that £4 bottle of vinegar you bought from Tesco a couple of weeks back. Owner Yashin has curated a list of small batch, independent wineries meaning you’re getting the very best that Spain and the Canary Islands has to offer.

The Seven Brothers (and 4 Sisters) may have had their Drive Thru shut down but they’re also offering their range of fantastic beers on their webshop, with reduced prices on their 2 litre growlers. Lovely stuff.

Patel’s Off Licence
Created by the team at Bundobust, Patel’s Off Licence has one of the most comprehensive selections of craft beers, ales, ciders and more. Click on their ‘All Beers’ tab and you’ll be greeted by 104 different brews – pretty much all of them bang on and worth a sup.
What to order: A blast from the past – Ayinger Lager (4.9% ABV 500ml)
One of the most respected breweries in the world, Cloudwater are still mashing and boiling away, and their beers are available for both takeaway and delivery. Independently owned and directed by co-founder Paul Jones, Cloudwater aim to run an ethically conscious, human-centred business – and it seems that their outstanding beers are a direct result of this.

What to order: Keep The Faith 24 Pack (5.4% ABV 330ml)
Bring a slice of the Marble Arch to your living room with home delivery options from the wonderful team down at Marble Beers. They’re updating what they’ve got available every day on their social channels, but head over to their shop (link below) and get yourself something cold and fizzy direct from brewery to your door.

Alphabet Brewing Company
The always impressive Alphabet have decided to make their local deliveries even better. It’s FREE for orders over £30 and there’s even a nice 25% off for NHS and Industry workers. You can’t really argue with any of that, especially when the end product is a crate of bloody fit beers on your doorstep.
What to order: Charlie Don’t Surf Session IPA (4.0% ABV 330ml)
Offering a range of white, red, rose and natural wines, Salut also offer up some of the sparkling stuff – so they’re great if you’ve got something to celebrate and can’t be arsed with the queues at ASDA. They also have a decent selection of beers on the go too.
What to order: No Es Pituko Cabernet Franc 750ml
Pomona Island Brew Co.
There’s very little going on down Pomona Island apart from the odd hidden party, plenty of scrap metal and of course – this lot. Pomona Island brew up some of the city’s bestest beers and they’re now available to be delivered directly to your house. They’ve also got plenty of merch on the go too just in case.
What to order: You can’t go wrong with their PHAEDRA Pale (5.3% 440ml)
As well as an exhaustive selection of Italian dishes and desserts, DOn Giovanni are offering up delivery of their excellent wines, Prosecco and Italian beers. They’ve even got the brilliant Peroni Gran Riserva – probably the best Italian beer ever made.
What to order: Peppoli Chianto Classcio 750ml
Located in the lovely picturesque village of Greenfield, if you’re stuck way out in the sticks with only Paul Scholes and sheep for company, make things a bit better with some beers from the excellent Donkeystone Brewing Co.

This Stockport brewery was founded back in 2014 by a fella named Richard Conway who’d been a homebrewer for years and wanted to take it to the next step. They’ve got plenty of choices from different breweries available for delivery in their online shop and it’s free if you’re within 10 miles of Stockers. They’ll also ping you free nationwide delivery on orders over 50 quid.
What to order: Hopfordian IPA (6.0% ABV 440ml)

The Whalley Range/Chorlton boozer have recently launched their own ‘Liquor Store’ offering up an impressive range of takeaway booze. You can get beers fresh from the keg and even a rather impressive selection of wines.
