Shoryu Ramen have launched a DIY Ramen Kit so that you can make your favourite dishes at home while everywhere is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The kits include everything you need to make their famous Ganso Ramen at home.
Each kit includes 12-hour tonkotsu soup, original ramen noodles, char siu BBQ pork belly, beni shoga red ginger, and spring onion and kikurage mushroom garnish to top the ramen.
Also included are instructions taking you through each and every step, so that you can recreate the Shoryu restaurant experience at home.
Shoryu will be offering 60 Ganso DIY Shoryu Kits twice a week with a choice of a Wednesday or Friday delivery slot, each of which can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
The first day for deliveries will be Wednesday 10th June, followed by Friday 12th June. The £20 kit serves 2 people and can be frozen for up to one month.
They’re also planning to expand their range to include vegetarian and vegan alternatives, as well as gluten-free options. Keep an eye out for them.
