Viet Shack have been serving up some of the best street food dishes for 6 years now, starting off at the Arndale Market before adding a fully-fledged restaurant in Ancoats in 2018.
I don’t know anybody who doesn’t love their dishes, and not a week goes by when I don’t find myself scoffing away at their Peanut Chicken Chips with a nice cold tin of Tizer.
As we are all aware, the closure of bars and restaurants on Friday has hit the hospitality industry hard, and Viet Shack are no different. As a result though, they’ve started their very own DELIVERY SERVICE with all the money they make going back to their staff.
The staff will be delivering and picking up calls themselves, hoping to avoid the rather high operating costs associated with the most well-known 3rd party delivery services.
