The Peking Duck Bon Bons
Delightful shredded Peking duck wrapped in panko breadcrumbs, with a delicious cherry hoisin puree and sesame seeds.
The Yuzu Black Cod
At 40% off this is a dish that everyone should try, the cod is cooked to perfection and sweetened by squid ink infused yuzu puree.
The Baked Lotus Flower
Inspired by the Baked Alaska, featuring a honey genoise sponge and a yuzu citrus parfait wrapped in lavender light meringue.
