This weekend sees the launch of a totally revamped new menu at one our favourite places to eat in Manchester. It’s a year since Tattu opened their doors and they’re celebrating in style with 27 new dishes to tickle your fancy. We were lucky enough to get a little preview, including a snapshot of what executive chef Clifton Muil has created, and I was well impressed.
