Ed Baines and Randall & Aubin’s Head Chef Brian Hughson have designed this gourmet three course menu which sees the first wild caught sea trout of the season – caught by hand in Filey Yorkshire and delivered on the same day – these premium fish are without doubt the world’s finest. Followed by prime plaice, although lean, are at their sweetest after a winter in deep water.

An expert wine connoisseur will carefully match wines to perfectly suit the menu, and guests will be entertained and enlightened throughout the tasting.
