Renowned Manchester celeb chef Simon Rimmer has opened the doors of his new members’ restaurant Hideaway at Co-op Live.
The ‘Mediterranean retreat’ in the new arena has taken over the area which was originally the arena’s Decibel Lounge members area.
Membership of Hideaway includes tickets to the venue’s premium seating area for all – section 103 – as well as entry to Hideaway before and after shows.
The Sunday Brunch presenter, and one of the masterminds behind Albert’s Schloss, has developed a casual menu featuring kebabs, small plates and pre and post-show bites.
There are also exclusive Moët & Chandon and Hennessy Cognac cocktails to pair with dishes, while early members will also receive a personalised ‘liquor locker’ with a bottle of Hennessy Paradis or Armand De Brignac included to celebrate their membership.
As well as food and drink, the space will also feature DJs and live acts before and after the main events on stage.
“The redesign of Hideaway marks a significant moment in our continued journey to deliver unrivalled premium experiences at Co-op Live,” said Sam Piccione III, OVG International President of Sales.
“With Simon Rimmer’s involvement, we are taking things to the next level – creating a destination designed for music lovers, combining great music with outstanding food, cocktails and Champagne, in a stylish party atmosphere that makes experiencing live music at Co-op Live unforgettable.”
