This Father’s Day The Refuge will be hosting a massive all-day extravaganza for Papa – with an exclusive mini record store in partnership with Clampdown Records and a contemporary homewares and accessories pop-up shop from Deadstock General Store. There’ll also be local breweries Pomona Island and Shindigger; while food choices span from The Refuge’s legendary Sunday roast, to curated street food by EATMCR. Completing the line-up will be Manchester’s finest local DJs.

It tells the story of Factory Records’ formative years from 1978 – 1982, exploring how contemporary post-industrial Manchester allowed the label to spearhead innovation in the fields of music, technology and design, giving the city an authentic voice and distinctive identity.
