Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Pyrenees Mountains, dishes from the North East region of Spain will bring nostalgia of fond summer holidays.

This area has extremely varied gastronomy which comes from its diverse landscapes. From forests to mountains to idyllic islands and beaches, it is safe to say that some of Spain’s finest produce hails from Nordeste.

Allow La Bandera to take you back to the nostalgic taste of summer holidays with dishes like Paella Valenciana cooked just how it would have been for the hungry Valencian farmers 100 years ago.

There will also be the widely known Pan Tumaca Con Jamon straight from the streets of Barcelona- a lightly toasted baguette topped with a sumptuous mix of fresh tomatoes and garlic with a side of 36 month cured Iberian ham.

Relax and settle into the feeling of the breezy Baleric beaches with the flavours of the true Mediterranean with a super relaxed attitude to match!
